Universe Apparel specialises in clothing, including pre-owned, vintage and one-of-a-kind items.

Because many items are pre-owned, they may show normal signs of previous wear or age. We aim to clearly describe and photograph any significant flaws, damage or unusual wear.

Please review the product description, photographs and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other costs will be shown at checkout where required.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully authorised.

3. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Many of our products are unique and may also be listed on other sales platforms.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens, we will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, listing errors, suspected fraud or payment problems.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics and postal partners.

Estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
